All of us at one time used to play! But as we get older things start to get serious and silly time is not prioritised.

However, play is not only good for your wellbeing but can help you gain a tolerance for failure, allow you to become more creative, exercise your brain, and help you to think outside the box!

Improv - or Improvised Theatre - brings back the fun, flexibility and self-expression you need to live a healthier and happier life! Skills learnt in improv are transferable to many other parts of your life. You will gain confidence, be more spontaneous, take risks, supercharge your creativity and gain rapport and relationship building skills.

You may know of improv through watching TV shows like 'Whose line is it anyway' or 'Thank god you're here!' and may have thought, 'there's no way I could do that!' but you would be wrong. We all improvise every day in our lives already! Improv just helps us recognise, practice and hone those skills to a point where we can create fun games and scenes on the fly, from nothing! It is true magic!

Lindsay teaches improv classes online and her business Improv Hub was one of the 1st in the world to start teaching online improv. As a pioneer of online improv, she teaches games, tools, techniques and exercises especially for an online environment through her many classes, courses and workshops.

Lindsay has trained in improv with some of the best improvisers in the world such as Jill Bernard, David Razowsky, Patti Stiles, Heather Uquart, Joe Bill, Carlo Richie, Liz Peters, Stephen Thornton and Andrew Eninger.

Lindsay has a Bachelor of Social Science (Behavioural Studies), a Graduate Certificate in Creative and Professional Practice and is a Master Practitioner of NLP. She has also been a professional musician for over 20 years.

Lindsay is also the creator of 'Drummond and Friend' a popular online youtube show where she improvises duo scenes with other great improvisers from all around the world. She also hosts 'Masters of Improv' on YouTube where she interviews Master Teachers and performers of Improv from all over the world.

Give yourself the gifts of self-expression, fun, laughter and freedom!
