  • Step-by-step guide to making Táhdig, the crispy golden crust at the bottom of the rice pot.
  • Showcasing the many kinds of Táhdigs.
  • Tips and tricks for avoiding common mistakes.

Part 2: Online Introduction and Preparation (90 minutes) In this first online session, we'll cover the basics:
