  • Measuring Cups
  • Measuring Spoons
  • Slotted Spoon
  • Long Bladed Knife
  • 2 x Large Bowls
  • Colander
  • Baking Tray
  • Cooling Rack
  • 4 x Disposable Latex/Vinyl Gloves
  • Plastic Tupperware Container (for the brine)
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2L (2.11qt) Full Cream Unhomogenised* Milk
  • Pure or Thickened Cream
  • 4Tbs. Skim Milk Powder (optional)
  • Herbs (optional)
  • Vegetable or Light Olive Oil (if marinating feta)
* Not all milk is created equal for cheese making. Please check the recommended milk brands for unhomogenised milk.
