Paint a Mannequin Head Class

Using discarded mannequin heads (sounds dire, we know), Rhiannon will take you through a lesson of letting your creativity fly, using acrylic paints and unique canvases. She will go through the fundamentals of colour theory, design and texture to start give you the foundations to creating a beautiful piece of art that will surely be a great experience and story.Rhiannon believes that everyone has a creative fire in them and the process of creating is a fundamental need for humans. Rhiannon will guide you through any anxiety around creating and let you unleash that part of yourself through joy, compassion and leaving our constant need for perfection at the door.This class, while calling on the fundamentals of art. Is so much more about personal growth and allowing yourself to be free with your art in a space with knowledge, resources and guidance. Then a beautiful piece of art that is truly your own as a reflection on what you can do.So, come along for some creative fun. Suitable for every level of artist, epecially if you've never had paint on your hands, or head! As your host, it will be my pleasure to provide you a class full of laughter and creativity.We are running out of a small space so classes are limited to five people. So perfect for a small team building, casual birthday or just for giggles!BYO: Snacks and drinks!Carers, support workers and guardians will have free admission and their own special project to work on for their duration, if they wish.Accessibility note: The only access to our space includes stairs. We're happy to organise a session in an external space if there is enough interest. Please feel free to reach out.

• One pre-primed mannequin head
• Access to paint, paint pens, paper and materials needed for the class for the duration of the class.
• You will keep your completed artwork. Once dry we will finish it with a varnish and organise with you to collect after the class. Photos with your work are encouraged!
