I invited other mums and their kids of various ages, hoping it would be a refreshing change, but I never anticipated just how transformative it would be.As we gathered in that magical space, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. To my surprise, my kids were completely absorbed in the activity, forgetting their phones and distractions. The focus of our gathering wasn’t on perfecting technique; it was about genuine connection and self-expression. While we provided instructions, the true magic lay in allowing everyone the freedom to create what their hearts felt. As I dipped my brush into vibrant colors, I discovered an artistic side of myself that I had long buried beneath the weight of responsibilities. The three-hour experience flew by, filled with joy and creativity. The smiles on the faces of the other mums and their children were priceless. I realized that this was more than just a one-time event; it was a calling to create a space where others could experience the same joy and connection.
