Valentine’s Day is all about love....so join us for this special edition Pasta Lovers Master Class.

Woo your sweetheart or celebrate being single with your bestie on a date you will remember forever!

Working in pairs over three hours, we will teach you our signature pasta dough recipe and give you all the tips and tricks for pasta shapes and delicious filled ravioli that will most definitely have you feeling love at first bite.

During the hands-on pasta making class with our teacher you will learn:
– How to make and knead pasta dough
– How to roll out the dough using a pasta machine
– How to turn the pasta sheets into fettuccine, ravioli and tortellini with spinach and ricotta filling

There will be SMC Gift Bags filled with goodies from our favourite providores for all guests.
And after all the hard work is done, sit back with a vino for a family-style meal of the pasta you have created with our SMC homemade sauces and lashings of parmesan.

A vegetarian option is available too - just mention this to the teacher at the start of the class and you'll be taken care of!

Well organised, helpful fun teacher , good equipment. The pasta recipe was basic and good for teaching a variety of types of pasta shapes and forms. It is great to have the pizza break with wine but I think that there should only be one opportunity at the end to eat the pasta and have wine.

It was an amazing experience! We had a lot of fun, the teacher was more than great, really taught all the details needed and helped us all throughout the process. We had some pizza and wine and of course the paste that we all made. I would totally recommend this class and will certainly come back!
