Valentine’s Day is all about love... so join us for this special edition Pasta Lovers Master Class in Circular Quay! Woo your sweetheart or celebrate being single with your bestie on a date you will remember forever.

Over two hours, you will master the art of pasta making and learn how to create the signature Salt Meats Cheese fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from the experts using the finest
seasonal ingredients and techniques.

Plus, you will also learn how to make a sweetened cannoli ricotta cream to fill your cannoli shells and decorate them to your liking.

As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! You can pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers for an extra $29 per person. Simply add this addition to your cart when booking.

Our private cooking space as part of regular practice, is disinfected with food grade sanitiser along with all equipment and materials. Gloves are available and frequent washing of hands is already part of our cooking class schedule.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!

Well organised, helpful fun teacher , good equipment. The pasta recipe was basic and good for teaching a variety of types of pasta shapes and forms. It is great to have the pizza break with wine but I think that there should only be one opportunity at the end to eat the pasta and have wine.

It was an amazing experience! We had a lot of fun, the teacher was more than great, really taught all the details needed and helped us all throughout the process. We had some pizza and wine and of course the paste that we all made. I would totally recommend this class and will certainly come back!
