For anyone who is passionate about Italian food, please join us in la cucina to perfect the art of making fresh pasta by hand.

Our Pasta Master Class is for people of all ages intent on upping their culinary game.

Over 3 hours we will teach you step by step how to create fresh pasta from scratch with our signature SMC pasta dough recipe and give you all the tips and tricks for pasta shapes you love to eat and delicious filled pasta that will impress your friends and family at home.

Hands-on pasta making class with our Teacher
– How to make and knead pasta dough
– How to roll out the dough using a pasta machine
– How to turn the pasta sheets into fettuccine, ravioli, and tortellini with spinach and ricotta filling

After all the hard work is done you will sit back with a glass of vino and enjoy this fresh pasta paired with homemade sauces and lashings of parmesan of course…

**Note – please allow a reasonable amount of time to enter The Gateway Building and proceed to Level 2 for this class that begins at 1 pm.

Please note that private group bookings incur an additional flat rate surcharge of $150 per class. Private group bookings can add a bottomless drinks pack for an additional $40 per person for the duration of the class - just let us know when you make your request.

Since our inception in 2012, we have expanded our NSW locations to Broadway, Circular Quay and Drummoyne plus our Sydney beachside additions Cronulla and Dee Why.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!
