What’s more, photography courses are a great option if you’re searching for fun things to do in Brisbane. Whether you’re interested in DSLR photography classes, beginner’s photography courses or some basic photography training, you will be able to find a class to suit you! What to expect at Brisbane photography courses
Photography training is often hard to find for an affordable price, but our weekend smartphone photography classes come at an affordable cost and are among some of the more unique things to do in Brisbane. Often the workshop involves walking around and photographing the must-do Brisbane sights as well as some digital editing training, and basic composition instruction. You might even learn how to take a good selfie!
You will leave this digital photography school with some great photography tips, the knowledge to take a photo, edit it, and if you want can even try another class to advance your skills further.
Want to learn or experience something specific? You can easily contact our teachers and arrange a custom workshop at your preferred time and to suit your skill level. If you’re looking for a unique and memorable event these workshops are perfect things to do with friends on the weekend, for aged care groups, team-building exercises, indoor things to do, and kids weekend activities. We've got a range of teachers who cater specifically to larger events, and we can customise classes to meet your needs. You'll be amazed at all of the photography techniques you'll learn in a group class. Plus, you'll meet some fellow budding photographers at these fun things to do in Brisbane too!
Photography is great for your wellbeing
Photography gets you moving—whether you’re walking around the city trying to find the perfect shot or exploring new wilderness areas to capture on camera, photography gives you the motivation to get outside and reconnect with your surroundings, which can have a massive impact on us mentally. When we are taking photos we are focused and physically looking at the world through a different lens. This can help to shift negative perspectives and influence us to look for beauty in the world. You'll likely leave a Brisbane photography course feeling refreshed and inspired, and more appreciative of the beautiful city you live in or are visiting.
