Pip Glinn

Growth Partner

Hi I’m Pip!
Originally from the UK, I’ve been soaking up Sydney sunshine for five years now and feel lucky to call it home. With a background in account management across international fashion, beauty and wellness brands, I especially enjoy working with small businesses to help them grow and keep doing more of what they love. Outside of work, I’m happiest by the ocean or exploring local markets. I love interiors, antiques and creative projects - often with a little trial and error and more than a little glue!

I’ve called Sydney home for the past six years and live by the beach with my rescue cats, Ned and Wolfie, who definitely run the household!

About me

  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Philosophy
  • I’m slowly building up a collection of creative skills, with the dream of one day combining them all into one project.
  • I’ve completed a six-week pottery course and love experimenting with how different crafts can work together.
  • My rescue cats, Ned and Wolfie, are the true bosses of the house!

Top weekend activity

It depends on what mood I’m in! It could be anything from a night at a gig with friends to a quiet afternoon alone poking around a bookshop!

Favourite craft

I’ve been loving learning a little bit of lots of different crafts, with the hope that one day I can combine them! I’m part way through a six-week pottery course and have been wondering if I could incorporate some of the weaving techniques I learnt at another teacher’s class!

3 top tips to recharge and unwind

  • Do something for your body. Whether that’s a dip in the sea or a walk with a coffee.
  • Do something for your mind. For me, that’s losing myself in a book or watercolour painting and finding that peaceful flow state where the rest of the world disappears and hours vanish!
  • Do something that makes you feel uniquely yourself. For me, that’s spending time with my partner and my cats, who fill my cup the most!

3 top tips for embracing creativity

  • Don’t be afraid to try something new. Nobody is perfect the first time!
  • Allow yourself to be bored sometimes. The extra mental space makes your mind wander and think creatively.
  • Remember that creativity is for you. Whatever you create doesn’t need to be shared. Being creative does for the soul what exercise does for the body.
