Paul was an amazing instructor, who kept things very engaging and entertaining while also explaining many of the technical reasons we do things in certain ways while creating a dessert.

A great class, we appreciated the way the instructor discussed the differences in milk and which one to use as well as a practical demonstration of a tried and tested method to make your own mozzarella. Be prepared to end up with a lot of cheese to take home!
