Vinnie our chef was extraordinary. Patient, knowledgeable, able to answer every question and took us through the recipes step by step with excellent advice. The ingredients were all fresh, beautifully organised and sensibly arranged. Matthew was also friendly, efficient, focused and an excellent support for Vinnie.

I have had a long connection with Japan and everything Japanese, so I booked the Japanese street food class with 3 of my friends.
Ken, our instructor was excellent. He was entertaining, very knowledgeable, beautifully prepared and he ensured every member of the group really enjoyed the class.
The ingredients were fresh, beautifully arranged and provided.
Using the narrow grill outside was fun and the yakitori was amazing. My friends have not stopped talking about okonomiyaki, they loved it.
