Overall experience was outstanding.
Knowledgeable teacher that kept the class very informative.
Location was good, small so easy to observe everything.
Really good value for money as I left there with knowledge, 3 varieties of bread and half a bowl of dough.
Duration of course was perfect, as I never felt detached at any time.
Highly recommend the course for anyone who requires a very basic knowledge of bread making.

I really enjoyed this class but I agree with other reviews that maybe too much time is spent on colour mixing and not enough on teaching technique. We had just under an hour to start working on our piece, which felt a bit rushed. The venue was spacious and well-equipped and there was plenty of paint, and sufficient tools. I have the confidence to try this technique at home after this class.
