Cocktail and Dumpling Making Class
We enjoyed this class very much, especially the cocktails part, which we did first. Roslyn was excellent - entertaining and she really knew her stuff. The dumplings part was ok but we hoped to be making the dumplings from scratch. Still they turned out delicious. Instead I probably would have preferred less dumplings (we ended up making (and eating) about 40!) and getting a side dish of steamed green veges or Asian salad to eat with them. All up, a really fun day and I’m happy I learned some new skills. Thank you.

Excellent intro to sewing. Fun class with knowledgeable and interesting teacher Sophie. I’ll definitely be coming back to do more.
