In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious cocktails and dumplings! Have our chefs teach you our perfected recipe of two styles of dumplings, with just the right amount of herbs and spices. We'll then steam them for you in our kitchen, and you'll enjoy them at the end of the class.
While we do that, you will learn about some original Asian style cocktails - you'll enjoy getting hands-on as you make (and enjoy) two different cocktails. Ideal skills for your next dinner party!
During the class, you will make and enjoy:
  • Pork and lemongrass dumplings
  • Mushroom and vegetable dumplings
  • Lychee cocktail
  • Popo trio cocktail
We can hold up to 50 people for the class in a private space onsite, perfect for any event. Alternatively, if you have tables and gas burners, we can come to you. Using it as a team-building exercise? Have fun judging the perfect dumpling, from flavour to presentation. Just get in contact for more details.
This class takes two to three hours and includes a hearty meal of dumplings (around 15 per person). Vegan and gluten-free options are available too. We provide everything, so you just need to book, show up and enjoy. We look forward to welcoming your group!
Bookings 10 or more: Please note pricing includes a 5% gratuity to staff.
Please note: Due to our RSA policy, if you purchase a bottomless drinks package for one person in your booking/party, you will need to purchase the package for every person within your booking/party. You can add multiple packages to your booking at check-out as it is priced per person. For private classes, please note we require a min of 7 days notice prior to your booking date to decrease your numbers without cost.
