Teachers were passionate, accompanying, class was a reasonable size, food was high quality and delicious. Professional and fun.

I did the vegan vietnamese cooking class. Tracey was amazing with the demonstration explaining as well as keeping it real, and connecting with people.
All the dishes were fresh delicious and fun and easy to make.
She is very knowledgeable and genuine in the way she teach and engage with her the students. She gave us lots of tips and info on the dishes, she is also a good story teller.
I would highly recommend her class.
