Our Chef Ken was incredible! He was engaging & inclusive & very knowledgeable. He made the course fun. Oh & the food was delicious Venue was also great. Wonderful course. Will definitely be doing more.

Icy has a great style to her teaching that makes concepts easier to grasp. The pace was good and the main points were all covered in depth, as well as tailored extras that the students brought up. Icy is friendly and open in her discussions and always ready to answer questions. Really enjoyed the course, learnt some great things and can't wait to start using this new skill!
