In this fun and hands-on cooking class which is perfect for beginners, you will learn how to make delicious Japanese and Chinese dumplings.
You will learn the art of the perfect dumpling by the hand of your experienced and friendly instructor. We’ll be preparing three different dumpling fillings: pork, prawn and cabbage, scallop and prawn and vegetarian. Make your own dumpling dough, create tasty fillings and pair your gorgeous dumplings with delicious Japanese dipping sauces, like ponzu sauce and lime and coriander sauce.
We will then sit to enjoy our handmade and fresh dumplings together. At the end of the class you will have gained all the knowledge and skills to keep preparing dumplings at home for your family and friends.
Under 18's: Children between the ages of 12 -18 may attend provided they are booked in together with a Parent/Guardian over the age of 18 at a ratio of 1 adult:1 child.
Please note: Sydney Cooking School (SCS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning SCS. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding SCS, all students will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule to another date, or full refunds provided.

We supply everything you need, including your ingredients, aprons & recipes.
 
You don't need to bring anything, we will provide everything you need for the class.
