Spent the morning at the tea ceremony and the experience was simply relaxing. It was a great way to unwind and learn about how tea and mindfulness are connected. Cara is friendly and very knowledgeable about the many different kinds of tea, their origin and brewing techniques. A very unique and enjoyable experience and highly recommended for all tea lovers!
