Ggot Tteok is a type of traditional Korean food made from steamed rice flour. Inside Ggot Tteok is a sweet paste, which is often made with sesame, bean flour and sugar.
This makes Ggot Tteok a perfect dessert for everyone, including vegans!
Over two hours, you'll make 21 pieces of Ggot Tteok, three each of Peach, White Peach, Pumpkin, Pear, Apple, Leaf and Persimmon.
You will be provided gift box at the end of the class to store all of your Ggot Tteok in.
Please note: The dough will be prepared prior to your arrival. Ggot Tteok should be consumed the day it is created. Otherwise, it should be kept frozen if intended to be eaten at a later date.
