The leadlight course was a great introduction. The teachers were knowledgable and struck the right balance between assisting and allowing you to practice. It covered all of the steps from what tools you needed and how to use them through to techniques for setting the glass, soldering and finishing the piece. I highly recommend this class if you want to begin your journey into leadlighting!

Sarah is a fantastic teacher who has endless patience and a willingness to help students achieve their goals. The facility is well equipped and set out. I thoroughly recommend this course.

The fused glass course was very good. The trainer Rhian is very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to do and provided information on the tools and uses of the glass. The room was very well equipped with good bench space and the tools and apron all laid out when we arrived. Rhian provided guidance as we progressed and moved around the room giving advice and suggestions. The 2 hours flys past but Rhian kept us on time. The pieces are fired after class and are ready in 2-3 weeks. Overall a very good beginner course.

Linda is an outstanding teacher who provides a great class for both novices and experienced artists. She works with each student to help them achieve their goals for the course. The staff and service including the lunch were terrific! I highly recommend this course where you will definitely learn skills and techniques.

This is a great experience. Sarah teaches the skills in a very effective and patient manner. She provides a variety of options on what to create and has everyone working in a very short period of time. Nothing is too much trouble and everything can be fixed is her motto. Sarah ensures you leave with a great piece of jewellery. I highly recommended this course. The admin staff at the auction house are super efficient and always willing to help where they can.
