Tong was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our Japanese cooking class with him. I went with my dad, and he says he's now inspired to get back in the kitchen and put more effort into cooking which is awesome. Tong explained things really well and the food we prepared or helped to prepare was delicious. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn some tips and pointers and to have a good evening, good food and a couple of drinks while learning
