Yoshi is such an easy and friendly teacher, he even tells where you can buy the ingredients so you can make your dishes at home. Everything is provided, even the take a way containers if you forget to take some. The classes are not overcroweded, so Yoshi is able to help everyone whos wishes to ask questions. Fantastic way to spend your day. A great teacher who freely told you where he sorced the ingredients and used terminology that was so easy to understand and was approachable for any questions we had. Conducted in an environment that was very orderly and clean and we were reminded several times to go and wash our hands before we moved onto the next step. After being taught how to do this and why we used that etc, we got to sit down and eat what we cooked. YUMM. Best still is that we got to keep the leftovers and the recipes so we can cook it all again at home. I will be telling all my friends. Thank you Class Bento for a great experience.
