Fantastic location and an expert teacher. Tamara is VERY knowledgeable about sourdough and this masterclass was very informative. There was a lot of information and I think if I had not made a few sourdough loaves before this masterclass I would have been slightly lost in all the information.
I would absolutely recommend this class for someone who has done a bit of sourdough baking and wants to improve their loaf or learn more. Or if you have lost your way and need pointing in the right direction.
I can't wait to see what my next loaf looks like - and I hope to keep Olivier happy and healthy!

I really enjoyed this class - I wanted to learn more about the different ways to BBQ and there was a lot of information about this in the class. The beer pairing was interesting, and certainly doing scallops on the BBQ was new for me. Finally, doing dessert on the BBQ was an eye opener. Highly recommended class!

This class was a lovely experience just before Christmas - and the best thing was leaving with a wreath that you made yourself!
Lovely venue, lovely knowledgeable teacher, lovely flowers and the bubbles were a bonus!

This is the second time I've tried to learn about sourdough - and I am much more confident that I can manage after this class. Practical with straightforward advice - making it clear what is important. I've been able to keep my starter (Harry) alive and have made a few loaves that have gone down a treat. Thanks
