Overall good experience the instructor is lovely the class is informative and the venue is nice.

But wish we could make everything out of scratch. I know it takes much more time but having the curd already ready made me feel we just shaped the cheese but but not really made it.

Hideo is authentic and genuinely has tons of knowledge that he is happy to share. The class is fun . The ramen you make during this class is something you never tried before. Delicious.
