Loved working with foraged natural materials for this basket twining course, it’s harder to do than it looks! Bettina is a super teacher, would love to do another class with her.

Chef Tong made this class so much fun while teaching us the cooking techniques, best ingredients to use and giving plenty of useful tips along the way. The meal we prepared was delicious - the Aburi salmon was my favourite. The cocktails from the bar were amazing too! Would love to do another class, and there are so many to choose from. Great activity to do with a partner and/or friends.

Loved this mindful class, think I'm hooked. The hour passed so quickly with 3 different designs, thanks Niki.

Teacher was good and the class was good value. It was a bit of a rush to get through it, we were quite a serious bunch.
