This class showcased Japanese food. Tong was great at explaining what ingredients to use and why. So we could focus more on the practical side, it was very helpful that the ingredients were pre measured and cut. The recipe book was good.
Would Definitely recommend and would love more Japanese specific classes.

It was a great experience and nice to learn something different. Chef Mel was amazing and very knowledgeable. Had a lot of fun and will be looking for more classes. A tad expensive, but still a lot of fun and highly recommend. It was a small class which was also nice. Thanks
