Had an amazing class led by Lucizia. She was so helpful, engaging and positive. The cheesemaking was well prepared and a balance of challenging and fun. We have so much cheese to take home and enjoy and loved learning so much. Good to do in pairs or a 4 since you don’t move around the room much.

Paul was fantastic, friendly and super knowledgeable. He explained everything in very easy to understand language, and would answer all questions (and have a bit of a laugh too)! His personal anecdotes from his professional experiences made the content interesting and engaging, and the small setting was perfect for being involved. Overall it was a great experience, topped off with a delicious meal and beverages - highly recommend!
