We spent a lovely Sunday afternoon with Janeen, learning to make dough and bake bread. The recipe and process were straight forward and well explained. We came home with baked bread and a bowl of dough to make another batch. The class space was excellent and clean and Janeen made us feel very welcome. The free parking available underneath the building was a bonus.
