I learnt so much in this class! I thought I was vaguely competent with knifes in the kitchen before the class (but occasionally still knocked a finger) . From the first few minutes (of learning the grip) I knew that I’d feel more confident and never imagined I’d be trying some of the skills the instructor taught. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to cut down their prep time in the kitchen or feel more confident using sharp knifes.

Steve was a very enthusiastic and knowledgable teacher. The venue and the quality of the paint supplied were both great. Would highly recommend and I look forward to future classes.
