Amazing! I had such a wonderful time. Joel is sooo passionate about baking. He’s great at explaining everything and doesn’t make you feel bad when you mess up at any point. The pastries were delish!

Louella is an amazing teacher. I had so much fun. When you walk in you are greeted with such a lovely aroma. Everything was well prepared. The teacher is very hospitable - asking if you would like a chair with back support and if you’d like water. She cares about catering to what smells you like and also educating you on why you need to use specific ingredients and how much of it to use. Her instructions were also easy to follow. It felt like I was sitting with a friend and not in a class. She was incredibly knowledgeable and will tell you where things are from and what’s good for your skin or when you’re feeling sick etc. I highly recommend this class.
