Excellent teacher. Disappointed that we did not make the classic French Eclairs as the name denoted. We used fruit to decorate eclairs. Never before have I seen French chocolate eclairs decorated with fruit.
Also, missed out on the custard making, which was, again, disappointing.

Great teacher - friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Small class size. Yummy food. Overall, a very enjoyable experience.

Veronica, our class teacher was excellent. She was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hannah was also lovely. Great atmosphere and I thoroughly enjoyed the class.

You can improve the course by providing 12 cakes to decorate rather than 6. This way you get more practice, especially if you are a beginner.

It would also be helpful if you can provide a sheet with information with the nozzles used and what type of flower was decorated.

Overall a great experience!

To start with the teacher did not introduce herself. Though the teacher was fantastic at botanical illustrations, I found that she did not provide any feedback on my work or anyone else's work. I had to ask her where I had gone wrong and how to improve my work. Even then, it was extremely brief. She did not show me how to do it. I had read the great reviews about the teacher - how she spent time with each student and helped them individually and that the whole experience was very good. Unfortynately that was not the case for me. Thogh the exercises were good, again there was no feed back.
