I did a croissant making class with Joel before Christmas and loved it so much I decided to do the croquembouche class. I had a fantastic day again and most likely will do the macarons class in the near future. Everything is provided and you go home with an amazing piece of patisserie. Joel is a great teacher who knows his trade and will answer your questions about what you are learning. The venue is an actually working patisserie. If you like patisserie and want to learn how to make it this is for you.

This is an amazing course with a fantastic teacher if you like croissants and puff pastries patisserie. I had an excellent experience and will recommend it to anyone. Joel explains whatever you want to know, he really knows his craft. I will most definitely do another course with him.
