Tully | Hoop Workshops | Sydney

In this class, Tully will demonstrate the basic techniques to become proficient at hula hoop flow. This is a hands-on workshop, so you'll be hooping along with Tully. It starts slow, but by the end of the class, you will have some simple yet awesome skills!Tully's juggling classes are usually held in Hyde Park near the corner of Elizabeth Street and Park Street, or at the center of Tumbalong Park, located in Darling Harbour, with beautiful scenery and city views. In the event of rain and bad weather conditions, the classes are held under a sheltered area adjacent to the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre entry opposite Tumbalong Park. Tully can also travel within 30 km of Sydney for private classes in your office, school, or any venue.Tully has been teaching hula hooping for years to all kinds of people. Tully will share their vast knowledge about the correct techniques to master juggling. The classes start with some fun exercises and tricks with one hula hoop, moving according to participant progression. This is a beginner's class, but if you have prior experience and want an extra challenge, Tully can teach you advanced tricks with multiple hoops!Hooping is an incredibly fun and beneficial skill for all age groups and body types! It is scientifically proven that hooping improves coordination and balance, sharpens focus and concentration, tones the body, and boosts connections in the brain. It is a great mental and physical exercise.Suitable for groups of 5+ participants.Knowledge required:None required. This is a beginner's class where we will be working on the foundations of juggling 1 to 3 balls.What to bring:None required.
