Sharpen your culinary skills and learn how to make authentic Italian plant-based pasta dishes from scratch in this vegan cooking class in Sydney!

In this hands-on class, which is perfect for beginners, we guide you through the steps of creating and shaping vegan fettuccine and spaghetti pasta plus how to whip up delicious sauces packed with vegetables and fresh, flavourful herbs.

We don’t want you drooling over your pasta, so you can sip on a glass of wine/beer and enjoy Verdure fritte and Pizzetta as you wait in anticipation of your vegan creation.

As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! Pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers for an extra $29 per person (purchase at checkout or ask your host on arrival).

After all the hard work and anticipation, you will finally be able to enjoy your delicious vegan pasta served two ways, tomato passata and a swiss brown mushroom, porcini jus, cashew parmesan and sage sauce.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!

Our private cooking space as part of regular practice, is disinfected with food grade sanitiser along with all equipment and materials. Gloves are available and frequent washing of hands is already part of our cooking class schedule.
