About Us

Victor and Rossetty – Pastel Nagomi Art Instructors & Creative Educators

Victor has been an art enthusiast since childhood. Growing up in Hong Kong, he studied pencil sketching, pencil colour, and watercolour painting under the guidance of a professional advertising artist between Years 4 and 6. His early love for drawing—especially Walt Disney cartoons—formed the foundation of his lifelong artistic passion.

Influenced and inspired by his wife Rossetty’s artistic journey, Victor pursued formal training in Japan Pastel Nagomi Art. In May 2025, he completed the Diploma in Basic Pastel Nagomi Art & Associated Instructive Art Course with the Japan Pastel Hope Art Association (JPHAA). Shortly after, in July 2025, he earned the Advanced Instructive Art Diploma, equipping him to guide others as future instructors in this healing art form.

In addition to his art practice, Victor has operated a successful private tuition business for over 15 years, specializing in Abacus Mental Arithmetic and Whole Brain Development in Maths. He has also taught Pastel Nagomi Art in children’s school holiday programs, bringing creativity and mindfulness into young lives.

Rossetty completed her Diploma in Basic Pastel Nagomi Art & Associated Instructive Art Course with JPHAA in 2021 and has been actively teaching ever since. Her teaching includes adult workshops, children’s programs in Victor's tuition centre, and classes at the Bayside Council Library. Known for her creative vision and gentle guidance, Rossetty brings fresh and original artwork to every session.

Together, Victor and Rossetty share a deep passion for teaching, creating, and nurturing well-being through art. While Rossetty shines in her imaginative compositions, Victor thrives in connecting with people and guiding them to discover their own creative expression. Their shared mission is to train future instructors, expand the reach of Pastel Nagomi Art in Australia, and continue offering workshops that open hearts and calm minds.
