What you'll do
In this workshop, you will learn how to transform your old denim jeans into a unique upcycled bag filled with your cherished trinkets and memories. Throughout the class, you will be guided on how to design and create your one-of-a-kind bag that truly represents you. Using fabrics, embellishments, and materials, we will repurpose items to create something special.
- Bring along a pair of denim jeans (from home or the op shop - any colour is fine!)
- Bring in trinkets to add if you like!
- Decide on the design elements such as using the whole pair of jeans for a long satchel bag or opting for a tote bag with strap handles.
- Enhance your bag with a chain belt for attaching trinkets
