The open wheel sessions are relaxed, supportive and inspiring, and the glazing class on my first bisque-fired pieces was excellent. Agatha is a fantastic teacher who shares her knowledge generously and creates a friendly, creative environment. I always leave feeling motivated and excited for my next session.

She is a working artist and as a teacher, I find her sensitivity to each persons unique creative process and pace to be invaluable. Whenever I come to class I feel at ease, encouraged and well-informed. I attended the hand building course prior and that was a lot of fun. It's a lovely space--well-equipped and walking distance to great coffee!

She gives suggestions but also creates an atmosphere where you feel inspired and confident to play. I love all the different types of glazes you have on offer and love how conscious of safety the studio is. I would like to spend and class just doing paint on glazes or classes based on specific glaze styles other than doing the dip glaze. When the dip glaze is there it’s really easy to not pick up a paint brush and explore illustrations, a class specific to this could be good, no issue with the current format though! 10/10

The glazing class really opened up an endless possibility for experimentation and play, with all the different combinations and magical anticipation for the end results. I am very excited to continue learning and exploring glazes at the studio as I continue my clay adventures.

She helped us with colour selection and application technique. It was very therapeutic way to spend an evening. We learnt a lot in a one off taster class and was a good way to introduce techniques and give us an idea of whether we would like to dive into pottery on a more ongoing basis.
