In this superb Artarmon class delivered to you by the master craftsmanship of Ms Emi Tanaka at Ceramic Studio En, you will learn basic wheel forming techniques used by Japanese artisans to create beloved Japanese pottery.

This course consists of three sessions: two days of making the pottery on a wheel and one day of glazing.

Course outline:

  • Session one: You will make some pottery on a wheel.
  • Session two: trimming the things you made in the first session.
  • Session three: Painting and glazing your beautiful creations!
