Hi, I’m Mayumi – creator of PebbleScents® and founder of Abi Kaya Creates®, a Sydney-based creative studio offering natural perfume-making workshops and sensory experiences.

My journey with scent began as a deeply personal project – blending essential oils to craft mini perfumes that could be carried anywhere as little moments of joy. What started as a quiet hobby soon became PebbleScents®, a handmade perfume line designed for community fundraising, unique gifts, and everyday self-care.

Alongside this creative path, I bring over a decade of experience facilitating workshops, training, and team sessions across government and community sectors.

Perfume-making is where these worlds meet – the structure and care I honed as a facilitator, and the creativity and warmth I found through scent. My hands-on workshops blend science and art, guiding you to create like an artisan and design your own mini perfume collection to take home.

Whether it’s a team-building event, hens’ party, birthday experience, or creative retreat, I love sharing the joy of scent and helping people create lasting, fragrant memories together.
