Hello, my name is Joe, and I’m a wellness coach who loves to dance! It’s a passion that’s evolved throughout my life, and in 2018 I discovered Latin partner dancing. It quickly became my favourite thing—I loved the music, the moves, and most of all the social connection.

But I wondered if we could make it even more special and meaningful…

I grew up loving Pop, RnB, and HipHop music, and I realised that we could fuse the basics of Latin partner dancing with these modern rhythms. That simple idea became AllSteps: a social dance community where timeless cultural traditions meet vibrant modern music.

Today, we run public events, private classes, and team building experiences. AllSteps is dedicated to making social dancing easy, fun, and inclusive. No experience is necessary—there’s no pressure to perform or impress. Just clear guidance, simple moves, and popular music you’ll know and love.
