Ever a maker, from endless afternoons mesmerised over DIY books, to formally training in various design skills in product design, fashion design and graphic design, I’m a maker through and through.
Alongside working in the industry, I’ve always been drawn to sharing with others, the satisfying and rewarding skills of making things with your own two hands, and have been teaching for the past six years.
My favourite making memories have often been in the company of another, whether in combined forces, or in quiet company busily working away. The experience of making something that was only ever in your mind, and then to finally hold it in your hands is truly nothing short of magic!
