Fun things to do in Sydney this weekend
When it comes to beauty products, learning how to make them yourself can be intimidating. With so much conflicting information online about which ingredients are safe and which are environmentally damaging, it’s easy to get bogged down in the details. Plus, everyone has different skin and haircare needs as well as personal preferences - how can you sift through the thousands of ingredients and fragrances to find what works for you? Beauty and fragrance classes in Sydney cut through all the noise and give you the information and hands-on practice you need to start making your own at-home products with confidence. These are the most beginner-friendly Sydney workshops out there, so all you need to do is show up to class and learn from the pros. By the end of your course, you’ll have tailor-made beauty products or candles that are perfect for you.
Rejuvenating beauty and fragrance workshops and local experiences
Perfume making classes in Sydney
Perfume is something so unique and specific to a person that it’s a wonder we’re all buying generic brands at all. If you want something that is as one-of-a-kind and memorable as you are, your best bet is to make your own DIY perfume at home. A perfume making class is part aromatherapy, part informational class, and part hands-on exploration of your signature fragrance. Plus, you’ll learn how to make your own perfume using all-natural ingredients using lavender, sage, eucalyptus oil or whatever other essential oils you love most. After you learn how to make your own fragrance, you’ll never step out of the house without your luxurious, natural perfume.
Beauty classes in Sydney
Everyone is looking for the latest trend in haircare and skincare, but with homemade natural and organic products, you can stop following the crowd. When you make your own shampoo or cleansing products, you know that you’re using the best quality, most effective ingredients that will make your hair shine and your skin glow. No more relying on store-bought products that are expensive and harsh, because these DIY beauty products are sure to out-perform anything that is branded to the masses. If you’re looking for a way to take your self-pampering routine to the next level, you’ll find that these beauty and fragrance classes are some of the most relaxing things in Sydney that you can do for yourself.
Candle making in Sydney
Recently, we’ve seen a rise in information around the harmfulness of store-bought candles, from environmental impacts to toxicity exposure in our own homes. If the bad news has been dragging down your enthusiasm for candles, you might want to try making your own before you give them up completely! Homemade soy candles are your ethical and healthy alternative to generic mass-produced candles, and you can use your favourite fragrances to personalise them. Once you start making your own all-natural homemade candles, you won’t miss the expensive and ethically-iffy ones that you used to buy. And your friends and family will love your candle creations so much, that you might even start making soy candles as thoughtful homemade gifts!
Soap making classes in Sydney
When you think about how often you use soap, it becomes obvious how important natural and safe soap ingredients should be to all consumers. Without knowing exactly what’s in your soap, it can be hard to enjoy it, which is why so many people are making the switch to homemade natural soap making. Not only can you be sure that you’re using safe and non-harmful ingredients, but you’ll find that soap making is a lovely hobby that blends aromatherapy with handmade crafts. There are so many different soap moulds, methods, and fragrances to choose from that you’ll be making personalised soap for the whole family. And you can rest easy knowing that you’re using only the best high-quality ingredients.
Fun indoor activities
Beauty products, candles, and aromatherapy, in general, are a wonderful way to practice self-care. From the moment you start making your homemade beauty and fragrance products to actually using them in your day to day life, you’ll feel more relaxed and peaceful. These are natural, high-quality DIY products that are as good for you as they are enjoyable to use!
Custom classes
Want to learn or experience something specific? You can easily contact our teachers, arrange a custom workshop at your preferred time, and suit your skill level.
If you’re looking for a unique and memorable event these workshops are perfect things to do with friends on the weekend, for aged care groups, team building exercises, indoor things to do, and kids weekend activities. We've got a range of teachers who cater specifically to larger events, and we can customise classes to meet your needs. Get in touch today and we'll put something together for you.
