During the creative process a dialogue of gratitude and awareness of our self talk is discussed. The aim is to develop positive, resilient, forward-thinking awareness with-in all. By practicing our 'I am's' and mindful self talk in our programs we have received incredibly positive feedback on how these techniques have had a beneficial impact.
