Q: How do I collect my piece?
After completing your creation, you can either schedule an appointment to pick it up in-store, or we offer a shipping service to have your masterpiece delivered right to your door!
Q: Can I experience the firing and polishing myself?
Yes! we have an add-on option available for you to get a hands-on experience firing and polishing your ring with our experienced teacher. The process will take about 1.5hr to complete and you may bring the ring home on the day.
Q: What ages is this class suitable for?
A: Adults & 9+ years. An adult must accompany any attending kids (the adult may observe for free).
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 3 days before the class
