I’m a clay therapist offering somatic therapy and mindfulness-based pottery classes in a calm and welcoming studio.Before finding my way to clay, I spent several years in academia, completing a PhD in psychology and teaching at university. I began working with clay as a hobby, and over time, what started as a personal mindfulness practice evolved into a professional calling, leading me to train as a Clay Field® therapist.As well as open classes, I offer private sessions that can be tailored to your needs—whether you're looking for therapeutic support or simply a creative experience to share with family or friends.
