My love for cooking began at the age of seven, cooking alongside my mother. Together, we created a cherished handwritten cookbook filled with recipes and tips she passed down to me. Those early experiences ignited a lifelong passion for sharing the joy of Italian cooking with people like you.

After leaving the corporate world to follow my heart, I trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, began selling fresh Italian products at farmers markets, and worked alongside top chefs in restaurants and function centres.
For over 18 years, I’ve been teaching Italian cooking - both online and in-person – helping home cooks like you fall in love with good and flavourful Italian food.
Pass the Parmesan Italian Cooking School: Teaching is where my heart lies, and it inspired me to create my very own cooking school. I love inspiring others and sharing my knowledge through fun and interactive classes to master delicious and authentic Italian flavours.
