What you'll do
If you are looking for a fun, relaxing and meditative activity at home, then this seed mandala workshop is for you!
This workshop will take you on a journey through the rich history of mandalas, their meaning, symbolism and benefits and then into your own experience of making a unique mandala using seeds and grains.
In a slow and meditative way, your mandala will unfold step by step. It will invite you into your own presence, relaxation and creative self-expression.
Participants of this workshop have said that it brought calm, reduced their stress levels and has given them insight into themselves.
At the end of the workshop, you'll have created your very own seed mandala to display in your home!
Knowledge required
No experience or artistic ability is required.
What you'll get in your craft kit
- A collection of seeds, lentils, beans and grains.
- PVA glue
- A small coaster
- Small wooden stick
What you'll need
You may like to add different seeds, grains, beans and lentils from what you have in your kitchen.If you have tweezers, you may prefer to use these rather than the wooden stick.
