You’ll discover how top, middle and base notes interact to form complex, personal scent profiles, guided by expert instruction and access to one of Sydney’s most extensive fragrance libraries. Using the fragrance wheel, you’ll blend your own unique scent and pour it into a luxurious soy candle to take home.Whether you’re a seasoned creative or just want a hands-on, feel-good experience, this workshop offers the perfect mix of relaxation, connection, and sensory delight.What you will learn:
- The different types of wax and why we choose to use soy

Perfect for absolute beginners or those who have made candles before but want to try some new scents.
What to bring
- There is no need to bring a thing, we will provide you with an apron to wear during the workshop - we always recommend dressing comfortably and wearing "sensible" shoes - no need to dress to impress!
- Please note the candles need to set for 24 hours so they will need to be collected at another time or can be posted for an additional charge payable on the day.

Made by Me Workshop is about helping people to connect with their "inner creative" and have some fun while making beautiful things from quality materials in our friendly & vibrant studio space in the heart of the inner west!Established in 2017 after Rebecca Doyle decided to take a career break and chose to revisit her childhood love for arts & crafts. Rebecca grew up in a large family where money was tight, after school activities where mostly homegrown and usually involved a sheet of cardboard, a glue stick and some glitter! It is probably no surprise to learn that Rebecca followed a creative path to study Fashion & Textile Design at University!After a few more decades (than Rebecca will publicly admit to) and a long and varied career in the fashion industry, Rebecca wanted to get back to creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind objects - Made By Me Workshop is the result of where this path led.Rebecca loves that moment of pride that comes over each participant's face when they look at what they have created and say to themselves "Wow - I made this & I love it!"Made by Me Workshop run a variety of creative workshops, hen’s parties, private parties and corporate events from their warehouse space in St Peters including Resin Art, Resin Jewellery & Mould Making, Soap Making, Terrazzo Homewares, Punch Needle, Macrame and many more.
