Learn cartooning skills to draw quirky expressive faces. We will go through playful drawing exercises to gain skills and confidence.

Pick a face shape, a nose and some eyes. Learn to draw eyes ten different ways to show expressions: Surprise, rage, sadness, joy, fear, confidence. Develop two faces further, creating your own characters that you send on adventures.

We will make two concertina books from your worksheet drawings and with your own character.
Beginners are very welcome, no drawing experience needed. See what you can create!

All materials, worksheets and images for inspiration are provided. This class will be kept small with a maximum of 12 people. There is a $250 minimum fee per workshop. We can come to you or teach online: Covid will not stop us from being creative!
