Casual Cooking Class: Beats and Eats

Looking for social activities to do in Sydney? Join our three hour Casual Culinary Masterclass! Under the guidance of our lead chef and sous, the class will be led through two demonstrations, including an entree and a main, followed by your station recreating this meal. This event includes an interactive, Team A vs. Team B split-challenge dynamic and an overall engaging group activity. We end the activity with a DIY dessert showcase. You get your flowers, and did someone say you, petite fours and Champagne Pop?Program: *Times may vary pending Day or Night session*

• 1pm - 2pm: Welcome to Beatz n' Eats, you will receive a welcome drink on arrival. After the pleasantries, chefs will run through knife safety and the selected menu. After the demonstration, it'll be your turn!
• 2pm - 3pm: During this time, the drinks are flowing and music is buzzing. Chefs will demonstrate the main, you will return to your station and battle out a Team A vs. Team B challenge.
• 3pm - 4pm: You will engage with the larger group and given time to enjoy your meal at your station. With a goodbye from us, our last presentation is our DIY dessert experience. Some suggest to bring a raincoat ;)

EXTRA: For an extra $35, your ticket would include a 2-hour beverage package, including beers, wines, soft drink and juices. [We suggest booking as a group of 4. Our masterclasses are set by shared stations and limited to a class of 24]Our team breaks down the Menu and gives you insight and hands-on experience to lead as a Chef. This experiential learning event allows you to gain further knowledge, find relative ground from a Chef and gives you the knowledge to upskill your cooking skills... or to impress your friends when you host a dinner party!Note: We allow an opportunity to adjust the menu pending on availability for advised dietary requirements.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 24 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we'll cancel the class; in this case we'll inform you and allow you to get a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.

• You will be hosted at your own four person Station, with all equipment similar to a commercial kitchen
• Your station will be given the recipes of the dishes created, access via a QR code for you to make at home!
• We support small and local food businesses and we have a small shop with goodies for purchase. Any alcohol outside of the package times and items will be available for purchase too!
